LBX Delivery is a mobile App used exclusively by delivery agents to manage delivery status for orders placed through the LBX Order application and published by businesses using LBX Admin.

LBX Delivery does not collect customer personal data. All order, customer, and delivery details are created and managed through the LBX Order application.

The LBX Delivery App does not collect, create, or store:

All such information is collected and stored by the LBX Order application.

2.1 Delivery Status Action

The only action performed by the delivery agent in the LBX Delivery App is:

• Tapping a button to mark an order as “Delivered”

This action:

• Sends a delivery confirmation to LBX Order users

• Notifies the related business via LBX Admin

• Updates the order status in the LBX platform system

No personal customer data is displayed, edited, or stored within the LBX Delivery App.

LBX Delivery may require authentication credentials (such as a delivery agent account ID) to ensure that only authorized personnel can update order status.

• LBX Order (to notify the user)
