3. Sign-Up and Verification

  • User registration is mandatory in LBX Order to ensure that all orders are traceable and legitimate.

  • Your phone number is used for identity verification and to facilitate communication with businesses and couriers.

4. Data Sharing and Use

Your personal information is used solely for the purposes of order placement, processing, and delivery. It is shared only with:

  • The business you order from.

  • The delivery personnel responsible for delivering your items.

As a user, you have full control over your account and associated personal data.

  • You may choose to permanently delete your account and all related data at any time through the “Delete Account” option in the app settings.

  • When you initiate this action:

    • Your account will be deactivated immediately.

    • All personal data, including your name, phone number, and delivery address, will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable time.
